Malignant neoplasms mortality rate in Taiwan 2022, by gender
In 2021, the Taiwanese male population had a higher death rate for malignant neoplasms compared to females, reaching 270 deaths per 100,000 population. Malignant neoplasms had become the leading cause of deaths in Taiwan, especially among males. In that year, around 51.9 thousand people died from cancer in Taiwan.
