Consumer preference for premium or private label shoe brands in the Netherlands 2019
As of 2019, a significant share of consumers surveyed in the Netherlands tended to purchase premium brand shoes. Close to 50 percent of survey respondents indicated that they primarily purchased branded shoes, while a further 25 percent purchased both branded and private label brand footwear. The share of respondents who primarily purchased private label brand footwear was lowest, at a little over one fifth.
