In France in 2020, the source wanted to assess if and to which frequency French online shoppers who have purchased products online in the past 12 months encountered issues with their shipment. Thus, in France during November of that year, the majority of respondents did not encounter any problems. About 40 percent of them were confronted with some problems, but rarely.
