According to a recent survey conducted with fashion consumers in five European countries including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, about 47 percent of German and Italian consumers thought it was important that the clothing (including shoes and accessories) they bought was made without using child labor. This share was lower at 40 percent among Spanish consumers surveyed in the study.
