Imports as a share of calorie availability by world region 2021

In the three years from 2019 to 2021, 65.71 percent of available calories in countries in the Near East and North Africa were supplied by foreign imports. North America imported under seven percent of available calories from abroad. All other regions are grouped around 20 to 24 percent.
