Australia: worker-employer agreement on WFH preferences by gender 2022

In a survey conducted in Australia in May 2022 amongst workers who have tasks they can complete at home, over 40 percent of female respondents wanted to work at home more often than their employee permitted. Males were more likely to be in agreement with their employer about how often they are allowed to work from home.
