Share of paid video service users who use SVOD services Japan 2019-2022
A survey conducted in Japan showed that almost 91 percent of paid video service users used a subscription video-on-demand (TVOD) service in 2022. The same survey offered a comparison of the user share of the different types of paid video services, which showed that SVOD was the most popular type of paid video service among users in Japan.
