Obesity rates among middle and high schoolers South Korea 2012-2022, by gender
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 15.5 percent of male and 8.5 percent of female middle and high school students were obese. While this represents a slight decrease compared to the previous year, obesity rates among both groups have roughly doubled over the past decade.
