Customer satisfaction of household appliance industry trends U.S. 2022-2023
According to a survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), customers in the United States expressed greater satisfaction with the capacity and layout of home appliances in 2023 compared to the previous year. Additionally, satisfaction with energy and/or water efficiency also saw an increase among U.S. customers in 2023. Overall, the ACSI survey showed that customers satisfaction in the U.S. with home appliance industry trends has increased across the board.
