Under the SSP1-2.6 low emission scenario, it is expected that sea levels in India will rise 8.16 centimeters (cm) during the next decades, and 16.78 cm by mid-century, relative to the historic baseline. Sea levels will continue rising to reach 34.62 cm by 2099, following the same scenario.
