Employees who received bonuses at Deutsche Bank UK and Ireland 2020-2022, by gender
A slightly higher share of women received bonuses at Deutsche Bank in 2022 compared to men. While 96.5 percent of women received bonuses, only 96.3 percent of male employees did so in 2022. Both of these figures were lower than those of 2021 when 97.1 percent of all male employees were awarded bonuses.
