Asia: top reasons against plant-based food use by country 2024

According to a survey from Rakuten Insight conducted in February 2024 in Asia, the most popular reason for not consuming plant-based food alternatives across the region was that they were costlier than the animal-based ones. Other important reasons across Asia included difficulties in finding the products in the surrounding area and not seeing a need for plant-based alternatives to animal-based ones.
