Reasons to increase organic food purchases among consumers in Finland 2023
According to the 2023 consumer survey, 40 percent of Finns would be very likely to buy more organic food if it cost less. Other factors contributing to increasing organic food purchases among consumers in Finland included a better payment for producers and being more convinced about the superiority of organics.
