Number of cases of tuberculosis per 100,000 inhabitants in Italy 2007-2022
The incidence of TBC among the Italian population was at its highest level in 2010, when 7.9 out of 100,000 inhabitants were affected by it. Afterwards, the number of cases registered declined constantly, reaching an all-time low of 3.8 cases per 100,000 population in 2020. Conversely in 2022, TBC rate increased to 4.1 cases per 100,000 population. This statistic shows the number of cases of tuberculosis per 100,000 inhabitants in Italy between 2007 and 2022.
