Quarterly complaints on public transport service in Hong Kong 2020-2022, by type
In the second quarter of 2022, the Hong Kong Transport Complaints Unit received about 5,331 complaints about the standard of services on public transport, a slight decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the number of complaints about service adequacy exceeded 1,300 in the second quarter of 2022, which was the highest in the past two years.
